DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Methods
We offer two delivery options for our customers:
- Direct delivery by our staff.
- Delivery via a partnered third-party courier service.
a) Delivery by Pcoustic Staff
- For addresses within a 5 km radius, our staff will deliver directly to the customer.
- Delivery time: within 3–5 days from order confirmation, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM daily.
- Delivery fee: to be agreed upon between both parties.
b) Delivery via Third-Party Courier
- Nationwide delivery service.
- Method: We partner with reputable express courier services to deliver to customers.
- Delivery time: according to the courier provider’s delivery schedule to the customer’s requested address.
- Delivery fee: based on the third-party courier’s rates, payable by the customer or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
2. General Policy
- Customers should inspect their goods before accepting delivery. Once the delivery receipt is signed, we will not be responsible for any missing items or later complaints.
- Payment method: as agreed upon between both parties.
- Warranty: in accordance with the warranty policy attached to the contract (if applicable).
- Goods will be accompanied by a warranty card (if any), product information, and other related documents (if any).
- VAT invoices will be issued by JADE SWAN CO., LTD and sent to the customer’s email.
- In case of unexpected delivery delays, we will inform the customer via email and phone. If the customer requests a refund due to such delays, we will process a full refund.
